About the Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football Leagues AFC South Division. The Jaguars are one of the NFLs youngest franchises playing their first regular season home game on Sept. 3 1995 in Jacksonville Fla. and have since won four division titles. The Jaguars are owned by Shahid Khan a visionary leader whose businesses include FlexNGate Fulham Football Club All Elite Wrestling Bold Events and Iguana Investments. Since 2012 Mr. Khans impact on the Northeast Florida community has exceeded $500 million including charitable giving through the Jaguars Foundation capital improvements to EverBank Stadium and the creation of Dailys Place which hosts upwards of 40 concerts a year. The Jaguars and Iguana Investments opened the Miller Electric Center a stateoftheart sports performance center in 2023 which now houses all of football operations for the Jaguars including players coaches and other personnel. Over the next several years the Jaguars and Iguana Investments will complete Phase 1 of the Jacksonville Shipyards a reimagination of the riverfront which will include a Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences an office building inclusive of the Jaguars front office headquarters and a modernized marina and support building as well as begin additional projects to transform the area around the stadium into a yearround mixeduse sports and entertainment district.

In 2024 the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville announced plans to move forward with a reimagined Stadium of the Future securingJaguars football in Jacksonville for generations to come plus a continuation of annual traditions of the FloridaGeorgia Football Classic and TaxSlayer Gator Bowl while also opening opportunities for future Super Bowls Final Four tournaments college football playoffs marquee concerts and more. Using research derived from Jaguars fans stadium guests and a comprehensive assessment of the facilitys structure the Stadium of the Future will be a worldclass venue for a worldclass city that showcases a facility that is environmentally friendly cost effective and presents stateoftheart innovation. The Stadium of the Future features a protective canopy wider concourses new communal spaces scenic lookout decks immersive inbowl technology new seating types and a public Floridian nature park.
Summary
The Jacksonville Jaguars are looking for Stage Managers to work on game days to work each Jaguars home game played at EverBank Stadium during the 2025 season in addition to the Jaguars Stadium Practices and any other stadium events deemed necessary. Throughout the season each staff member will rotate through different roles to create a wellrounded experience in various areas within the Events and Entertainment department. This is a parttime hourly position. There also may be opportunities to work at other Jaguar events throughout the season as needed.
Job Responsibilities
The Jacksonville Jaguars are looking for Stage Managers to work on game days to work each Jaguars home game played at EverBank Stadium during the 2025 season in addition to the Jaguars Stadium Practices and any other stadium events deemed necessary. Throughout the season each staff member will rotate through different roles to create a wellrounded experience in various areas within the Events and Entertainment department. This is a parttime hourly position. There also may be opportunities to work at other Jaguar events throughout the season as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Events and Entertainment department in the execution of all game day entertainment (including but not limited to National Anthem performers flyovers color guards pregame and halftime shows North Endzone Deck stage performances sponsor contests and other onfield presentations and promotions).
- Examples of assigned roles include:
- Talent Management act as a liaison to the National Anthem singer ASL signer color guard flyover grounds crew influencers and honorees and/or halftime entertainment to ensure they are on time for their rehearsals/performances can navigate the stadium and back of house spaces have the appropriate hospitality elements and enjoy their experience at EverBank Stadium.
- Field Flag Assistant teach the participants the timing and reverential manner to unfurl the American field flags in a pregame rehearsal to be performed on field prior to the National Anthem. Participants vary from season ticket members to military and first responders to other preselected special guests each game.
- Military Assistance assist in the arrival and execution of all Military Recognitions and Honorees on game day (including but not limited to the Veteran of the Game Bell Ringer Flyovers etc.).
- Entertainment Groups work alongside the Jaguars Cheerleaders (The ROAR) Jaxson de Ville mascot program and the DLine (drumline) to help us streamline and form a unified cohesive liveentertainment group.
- Various operational tasks such as prop movement for team introductions premium item distribution group sales events/private hospitality assistance and other duties as assigned by the Jaguars Events & Entertainment and Bold Events teams.
Job Requirements
Required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends including holidays
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Stand for extended periods of time (3 hours consecutively)
Preferred
- Previous experience in sports management and/or a game day atmosphere
