Job Description
Kinetic IT are seeking a Modern Workplace Technical Specialist to join our highprofile customer in a newly created role focusing on Microsoft 365 and Endpoint technologies.
As a handson specialist you will live and breathe Microsoft 365 Windows 10 / 11 Intune MECM and the latest Copilot capabilities. If you love turning modernworkplace vision into reality working shouldertoshoulder with customers and collaborating in crossfunctional teams wed like to talk.
In this role you will
- Enable customer outcomes translate business goals (productivity mobility zerotrust) into secure usercentred modernworkplace designs and measure success through user experience and adoption.
- Own the endpoint stack design deploy and optimise Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID Exchange Online Teams SharePoint OneDrive) Windows 10/11 SOE Intune device management MECM comanagement and Hybrid Domain Join.
- Lighttouch zerotouch build Autopilot Autopatch and automated application packaging pipelines to deliver devices straight to users.
- Drive Copilot & AI adoption enable Copilot for Microsoft 365 and Windows Copilot including datagovernance uplift and changemanagement guidance to maximise value.
- Harden & govern implement security baselines Defender for Endpoint Conditional Access and attacksurface reduction policies aligned to Essential Eight.
- Be the escalation point provide L3/L4 troubleshooting across identity device application and collaboration services partnering with vendors where needed.
- Collaborate & mentor work in multidisciplinary teams coach engineers publish knowledge articles and champion our Modern Workplace Community of Practice.
Keen to get involved Youll just need some of the following:
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS102) Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD102) Security Operations Analyst (SC200).
- Extensive Microsoft endpoint / collaboration experience
- Deep handson expertise with Intune (incl. Windows iOS Android) MECM comanagement Autopilot PowerShell & Graph API automation Windows 11 feature updates and Copilot rollout.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders foster user adoption and deliver outcomes within crossfunctional teams.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with a knack for turning techspeak into business value.
- Active AGSVA clearance
