Why You Will Love this Job:
Rehlko is seeking a Manager New Product Integration to coordinate the deployment of new product releases and current product modifications to the manufacturing environment. Also lead improvements to the manufacturing processes with the goal of improving product yields through product optimization.
Specific Responsibilities
Coordinate the development and introduction of new products.
Act as the manufacturing representative on New Product Development (NPD) team.
Responsible for communication between the NPD community and the North America manufacturing facilities.
Project and track required capital and start up expenses associated with industrializing new products.
Provide cost saving estimates during the NPD process.
Manage and Drive process improvements in our Change Management Process.
Work functionally with Product Engineering Quality and manufacturing associates to identify the key characteristics of our products and create robust product designs/processes to ensure good quality parts are being sent to our customers.
Track yield and deliveries after release to ensure that the new products are meeting their commitments.
Develop and Maintain the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM).
Aid in solving assembly problems through product modifications.
Review manufacturing results and processes with the goal of improving the manufacturing process and increasing yields.
Participate in the resolution of product field problems resulting from design problems.
Generate and maintain historical technical and manufacturing results data files to assist in technical change decisionmaking.
Generate and distribute technical data and reports as required.
Capture and document knowledge for future projects.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 12 years of General manufacturing experience.
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a complex assembly environment.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Minimum of 2 years of executive level reporting.
Minimum of 1 year of Windchill experience.
Working assembly knowledge of engine/generator assembly
