Housekeeper & Hospitality Team Member
Our Hospitality Team members are a vital part of our members day to day experiences in our club and therefore our companys success. Our team members are efficient courteous and always focused on creating positive experiences for our members by providing a safe & clean environment and anticipating their needs.
A hospitality team member is responsible for
- Providing excellent customer service to club members.
- Cleaning and sanitizing fitness machines & workout equipment.
- Maintaining cleanliness of locker rooms which includes: the ability to sweep and mop floors clean restroom stalls floors toilets and urinals. Thorough cleaning of shower areas steam rooms whirlpools and saunas.
- Restocking all health & beauty supplies collecting washing & folding laundry and repeatedly inspecting the club for proper orderliness.
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas of the facility including sweeping vacuuming mopping dusting fixtures wiping down countertops glass cleaning taking out trash etc.
The right candidate should be
- Reliable professional energetic and friendly.
- Possess excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Able to be on the move for prolonged periods of time.
- Selfmotivated to work independently and finish projects and work as assigned.
- Able to lift at least 40lbs.
