Like nature were growing. With 13 stores open in Western Canada were expanding nationwidestarting with two new locations in Ontario this year: Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket and Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke.

Our new stores are designed to bring nature indoors. Crafted from natural materials they guide customers through immersive sensorial experiences anchored by our signature sink unique to each location.

The position

The Lead Product Advisor is responsible to lead the daytoday operations of the retail store and the customer and employee experience within in the absence of other store leadership. Their accountability is to sustain the smooth operations of the store and to ensure that the customer and employee experience reflects the standards culture and values of Rocky always.

What youll be doing

• Consistently set the example by demonstrating personal customer service and selling skills aligned to Rockys service standards and expectations
• As directed by the Store Leader utilize Rocky tools to train and develop team members
• Encourage support and redirect the team to ensure the best possible experience for our customers
• Participate in the completion of instore presentation to defined brand standard to create an optimal and consistent shopping experience
• Share customer feedback and observations to foster continuous improvement
• Address customer concerns and complaints readily and with intent
• Support guide and genuinely connect with team members and help create a safe space for contribution from everyone
• Ensure the safe operation of the store and the safety and wellbeing of the team and customers
• Participate in all inventory management processes
• Report quality issues timely and ensure all products on sales floor meet our brand standards for quality and presentation
• Strive to drive revenue and performance metrics including revenue ATV and conversion

• A flexible schedule and are available to work evenings weekends and holidays. this position requires a minimum availability of 15 hours per week including at least two closing shifts per week and availability on two out of three weekend days (Friday Saturday Sunday)
