Job Description:
We have a Field tech role based in Adelaide Metro and surrounding to be successful the candidate would be required to pass a national Police check and scope of rostered out of hours support (on call).
Responsibilities:
Do you believe that you can:
- Provide highquality desktop support to all types of users including at an executive level.
- Initial set up and support of laptops desktops mobiles and peripherals.
- Support users face to face Via telephone and/or remote support tools.
- Complete routine maintenance of standard hardware such as laptops/mobile devices.
- Accurately manage and track business assets requests and incidents.
- Prioritise new support requests and existing work orders.
- Record and maintain accurate service details time records and job notes.
- Maintain awareness and active involvement in safety to prevent injuries to yourself colleagues and customers.
- Work within the time limits as assigned for specific tasks.
Knowledge and Skills:
All you need is to have proven experience in:
- Basic hardware and operating system familiarity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a fastpaced deadlineoriented environment.
- Professional demeanour.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong Customer relationship building skills.
- Good teamwork with peers and company personnel.
- Have a currant Australian drivers Licence.
- And be able to pass the Companys background check requirements. (including but not limited to National Police Check and DHS checks)
