Overview: Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking a motivated and clientfocused Client Service Representative for our esteemed client in Sterling VA. Youll manage a $1M book of business focusing on landscape maintenance and enhancements for commercial properties. Your role will be essential in building client relationships and driving growth through upselling and exceptional service delivery. Our client is a prominent player in the commercial landscaping industry in the Sterling VA market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients fostering longterm partnerships.
- Understand client needs and develop customized landscape maintenance plans.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery that consistently exceeds client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact resolving issues and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Enhancement Sales:
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients landscapes and propose valueadded services.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to drive additional revenue.
- Monitor project performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of client relations or account management experience ideally in commercial landscape maintenance.
- Skills: Strong sales communication and negotiation skills; adept at problemsolving and analytical thinking.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- Passion for Landscaping: A genuine interest in landscaping and a desire to grow within the industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a Top 50 landscaping company.
- Familiarity with ERP/Field Service Management software. (Aspire preferred)
- Expertise in landscape maintenance operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80k $90k with a competitive commission structure.
- OnTarget Earnings (OTE): $110k expected.
