Job Description

Automotive Internet Sales Manager

Seminole Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our team. We are focused on overall growth and this pivotal role will lead our sales team to maximize every incoming lead ensuring rapid response and meticulous followthrough. A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of urgency are essential for success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead manage and train on exceptional internet sales processes for sales team.
  • Maximize internet lead conversion through rapid response and consistent followup.
  • Create and maintain a culture of accountability and success including completing daily tasks and follow up calls with all guests.
  • Oversee Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) utilization to ensure processes are followed and opportunities arent missed this will include phone call review and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the sales consultants and sales management to drive showroom traffic.
  • Monitor performance metrics (appointment set rates show rates sold percentages) on an hourly and daily basis.
  • Constantly optimize lead sources response templates and workflow with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional wellspoken manner.
  • Guide customers in appropriate vehicle selection be the product expert & sounding board thinking outside of the box asneeded.
  • Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to complete daily tasks and follow up on all guest visits.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership experience with 24 years as Internet Sales Manager experience
  • Strong technological proficiency required and an ability to read and interpret performance data
  • Superior communication skills both oral and written
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure

  • Strong Ethics and Values
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Excellent People Skills
  • Must Pass Preemployment Background and Drug Screen
  • Must have valid drivers license and pass motor vehicle record test
  • Ability to work day time evenings nights and weekends.
