Job Summary
Seeking energetic organized and upbeat Marketing Recruiters!! Responsible for building relationships with agents all across the country via the phone.
Primary Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to Health and Life insurance agents from all over the country.
Build relationships with agents via phone and email
Recruit agents to get contracted and produce business for various companies
Present product information to agents in a well thought out manner
Provide contracting and product information to complete in order to make the sale
Assist agents with by offering the right product for their client
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Ability to build relationships with agents via phone and email
Strong decisionmaking skills with the ability to perform work independently as needed
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with fellow team members and business partners to ensure exceptional customer service
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to embrace rapid change while fostering innovation
Basic computer skills Including Microsoft Word Excel Microsoft Outlook and Adobe
