Pay rates range from $62.98$66.30 per hour based ontype of license certification shift site needs licensure and experience.

OB/GYN NP Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect medical care to meet the physiological psychological and emotional needs of the patients
• Provides gynecological services to include: well woman care annual Pap smears and pelvic exams health education STD screening and follow up contraceptive counseling and prenatal care and postpartum care
• Obtain history and perform a physical examination to determine patient health status
• Formulate a working diagnosis develop and implement treatment plans
• Identify patient health conditions and prescribe treatment based on diagnosis
• Evaluate patients who have returned from offsite treatment
• Conduct rounds
• Schedule and perform laboratory and diagnostic procedures

OB/GYN NP Qualifications:

• Must hold a current unrestricted license as an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner in Arizona
• Current DEA registration
• An appropriate collaborative agreement with the onsite Physician
• A valid CPR card
• Be certified in a Board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
• Must possess strong written communication and verbal skills
• Have strong computer skills
