Job Description

This position will require a broad set of skills that will range from deepdive analytical problem solving to executive reporting. You will be working directly with service teams pharmacy operations teams technical program managers and compliance professionals to ensure that Amazon Pharmacy services are compliant with our security and privacy policies.
The right person will demonstrate proven track of software delivery and good management experience to manage numerous stakeholders and ambiguous processes; understand how to evaluate control effectiveness; understand potential risks and how to address them; provide indepth consultation; be able to deliver high priority projects; and have the ability to prioritize mitigation efforts using risk management concepts.
Key job responsibilities
Develop deep knowledge of SDLC processes best practices and solutions utilized across Amazon.
Leverage this knowledge to drive requirements and process improvements within Amazon Pharmacy.
Perform independent and objective riskbased impact assessments of Amazon Pharmacy processes and related controls with the goal of improving operations.
Consult with Stakeholders such as Product Team business process and service owners to ensure that robust controls are in place to meet and exceed regulatory obligations.
Act as subject matter expert by consulting and making recommendations for enhancements/new controls to improve the tech posture and reduce risk.
Escalate trends through continuous monitoring and reporting to management. Support business and stakeholders by seeking out opportunities to simplify and automate metrics and reporting.
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
