Shop Administrative Assistant (On The Job Training Provided)

We are currently looking for a Diesel Shop Assistant to join our growing team. If youre an enthusiastic outgoing and selforganized individual our company can be the perfect place for you to continue your career path and expand your knowledge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ordering parts for semitrucks/trailers
- Maintain Daily Fuel System
- Maintain oil change intervals.
- Monthly Fuel Reports/registration books
- Input maintenance work into operating system
- Create charge accounts with vendors.
- Maintain personnel payroll times.
- Coordinate with truck drivers on truck maintenance daily.
- Process customer purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors/manufacturers on parts needed
- Yearly parts inventory
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of diesel trucks is preferred but not necessary Training on site.
- Communicate and coordinate with the shop manager.
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Word Excel Outlook Internet and operate general office equipment.
- Ability to work well with others/teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Reliable
Fulltime position MondayFriday 8am 5pm
