Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist. Your main
responsibility will be to identify potential clients build highquality lead lists initiate
conversations and support the sales pipeline to help Starkflow grow its client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify prospective clients through LinkedIn job boards company
websites and startup databases.
Build and maintain lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo or similar
platforms.
Craft and send outreach messages tailored to decisionmakers (CEOs CTOs Talent
Heads etc.).
Track responses and maintain detailed records in CRM or Excel trackers.
Support in scheduling meetings followups and nurturing leads through cold
messages/emails.
Collaborate on strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements:
13 years of experience in lead generation sales research or inside sales (preferably in
recruitment/IT services).
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and lead gen tools (Sales Navigator Apollo
Crunchbase etc.).
Excellent written communication skills and ability to personalize outreach.
Selfmotivated targetoriented and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of recruitment or hiring trends is a plus.
