Job Description

Our Addington clinic in Christchurch is looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of the Habit Health way. We are looking for a skilled clinician who has a minimum of 3 years experience in TI Pain and Concussion contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in community rehab where they can really support Habits clients.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop / implement inclinic and community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members
- Create patient reports on client abilities goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:
- Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
- Neuro experience is essential
- Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
- Full NZ Drivers license for community rehabilitation
