Job Description

Skill & Qualifications:

  • Typically requires BS/BA in Communications Sales Marketing or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in related field.
  • Prior marketing experience and proven track record within B2B environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in coordinating and deploying 360 degree campaigns with strong knowledge of digital marketing (email deployment paid search social media).
  • Background managing or working directly with agencies.
  • Knowledge of working with databases and list management
  • Experience using automated communications platforms (email systems Marketo MailChimp etc.) a plus.
  • Experience translating datadriven insights into decisions and actions.
  • Excellent communication time and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.

We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Analyst to create plan develop and execute marketing activities in our Mississauga ON office. Job Summary:

If you live and breathe digital marketing we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to develop implement track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Our ideal candidate is someone who can wear multiple hats and has experience as a growth marketer.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM marketing database email and customer loyalty campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data and analytics
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages optimize user experience and conversion for lead generation efforts
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Support with loyalty programs and Paid Search campaigns by implementing various creative updates testing scenarios and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Compile and summarize multiple program/campaign results on a monthly/quarterly basis to present to management. Analyze results to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Support with planning creating and launching campaigns for Canada boosting our sales digitalization and brand campaigns as well as lead generation and conversion programs.
  • Project manage B2B and B2C initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaigns launch on a timely basis.
  • Evaluate performance results and recommend changes to optimize program objectives; compile and summarize data to present to management as necessary.
