Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessment (functional workplace ADL ergonomic etc)
- Liaising between employers employees insurance companies and other health professionals
- Making referrals to other health professionals as needed
- Case management (goal setting setting return to work plans following up on progress)
To be considered its essential you are a qualified OT with your degree ideally being completed in the UK Ireland or Canada due to timeframes it takes to register as an OT in Australia. Youll also have a strong interest in Workplace Rehabilitation and Injury Management and a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in any OT Rehabilitation experience is highly advantageous but not required in all instances.
We have opportunities in a variety of regional towns across the country. Salary range is between AUD $85000 $95000 super quarterly bonus VISA sponsorship and some relocation assistance. You will need to obtain a car within a few months of arriving but can also choose a lease option (at your expense) through the company.
