Hilton Adelaide is seeking a resultsdriven and analyticalRevenue Manager to join our Commercial team. As Revenue Manager you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability across all business segments. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you will collaborate with key departments including Sales Reservations and Events to ensure Hilton Adelaide remains competitively positioned in the market.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet eat and sleep all under one roof.

About the Role

As Revenue Manager you will be responsible for managing the hotels revenue strategy by recommending growth initiatives tracking performance and ensuring Hilton Adelaide remains competitively positioned in the local marketplace. You will collaborate closely with the Reservations Groups Conference & Events and Sales teams across all aspects of revenue generation and inventory management.

This role requires a highly analytical mindset strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence commercial outcomes. You will be a key business partner to the Commercial Team guiding decisions that drive RevPAR and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to design and implement the revenue strategy for Hilton Adelaide.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning initiatives such as refurbishment plans market repositioning and business improvement campaigns.
  • Provide coaching and support in upselling and crossselling techniques to Front Office and F&B teams.
  • Lead the daily and strategic revenue management process including forecasting inventory controls and pricing decisions.
  • Work closely with the Groups and Reservations Manager to assess group bookings and ensure optimal revenue performance.
  • Monitor daily revenue variances identify risks or opportunities and adjust selling strategies accordingly in consultation with the Commercial Director.
  • Ensure effective onboarding training and development of all revenuerelated team members.
  • Produce the annual Revenue Plan and forecasts in collaboration with hotel leadership.
  • Review marketing packages sales offers and promotions to ensure profitability and ROI.
  • Partner with the Events and Catering Manager to develop strategies for space utilisation conversion optimisation and filling need periods.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency across all systems including OnQ/Opera PMS IDeaS Delphi and R&I.
  • Uphold credit policies oversee timely payment collections and conduct regular reviews of accounts receivable.
  • Review corporate contracts longterm billing arrangements and aged debt with the Finance team
