Job Description

The Director of Finance is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial planning analysis budgeting forecasting and strategic decision support. This individual will lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate across departments to drive financial performance ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements and support strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operational budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Provide executive management with clear insights into drivers of business performance risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and analyses.
- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Manage financial modeling and scenario planning to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Oversee capital planning investment analysis and ROI assessments.
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) including financial due diligence and integration.
- Mentor and develop a highperforming finance team; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate financial planning analysis and reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Workday) and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Preferred:
- Experience in a Fortune 500 or similarly scaled organization.
- Industry knowledge in construction industry.
- Experience in service or rental businesses.
- Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical dental vision life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $175000 $225000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
