Job Title: Information Technology Technician Reports to: Senior Systems Administrator Job Purpose: Help Desk Staff providing highquality IT support services and solutions to our state government end user Primary duties include installing configuring maintaining hardware/software providing technical support and ensuring compliance with security policies
Qualifications:
- Associate degree/certification in Information Technology (IT) Computer Science or related field or 3 years of work experience relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA Cisco Microsoft)
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
Working Conditions: Onsite parttime 3 days a week with some manual labor and local travel required Approximate Start Date: June 23 2025
