The Bridge Behavioral Health is hiring a fulltime Outpatient Counselor (LADC/LMHP) to help people build strong foundations in recovery through individualized therapy group sessions and traumainformed care.
What Youll Do:
Provide 2426 hours of direct client service each week
Facilitate therapy groups individual counseling and family sessions
Conduct substance use evaluations and develop treatment plans
Be a part of a collaborative clinical team that meets clients where they are
Coordinate with community providers probation family and more
Keep timely documentation and help maintain a safe welcoming space
What You Need to Bring:
LADC/PLADC required
LMHP/PLMHP preferred (supervision available!)
Passion for recovery resilience and relationshipbuilding
Experience with substance use treatment and a traumainformed lens
Ability to work well with diverse populations
