Were seeking an experienced Manager Supply Chain to drive strategic initiatives across Amazons Grocery ecosystem (Fresh Amazon Go Whole Foods). This role will be instrumental in optimizing our distribution network efficiency and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution team and own endtoend outbound transfer process between Distribution Centers (DCs) and downstream spokes within the Amazon Grocery network
Drive continuous improvement in OnTimeInFull (OTIF) metrics through datadriven analysis and systematic problemsolving Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the current process of managing the inventory transfers
Partner with internal and external stakeholders including DC Operations ISMs and carriers to ensure flawless execution and enhance network efficiency Build and maintain complex analytical models to evaluate routing efficiencies and network optimization opportunities Drive crossfunctional collaboration with Operations Integration and Tech teams to identify and resolve systemic issues Define and implement technical requirements for process automation and scalability
6 years of supply chain experience 3 years of team management experience Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.) Bachelors degree Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in data modeling
Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership MBA Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level including: compile queries subqueries aggregation/grouping data modification etc. Experience in program or project management Experience with grocery/perishable goods supply chain; knowledge of transportation management systems and warehouse operations
