Job Description

What will I do:

The Marketing Strategist develops and implements internal and external communication strategies to help develop the brand of LRS Healthcare. This role will oversee all social media platforms both internal and external engagement with employees and initiatives around online visibility and awareness.

Day in the Life:

  • Create social media content including blogs posts ads and videos
  • Create internal and external communication deliverables
  • Deploy build and optimize campaigns in HubSpot platform
  • Build and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads
  • Formulate a crossplatform content strategy to grow the audience and generate leads
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop new ideas and build a content calendar
  • Build relationships with social media influencers and manage social media influencer strategy
  • Stay current on social media trends and updates to adjust social media strategy to capitalize on new opportunities
  • Train sales recruiting teams on social media usage and best practices
  • Manage social media budget
  • Adhere to brand voice and design guidelines when creating content
  • Respond to social media communication and company reviews
  • Track and report on audience engagement metrics
  • Assist with planning company events and engagement activities
  • Serve as company photographer/videographer for company events

Who Am I:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
  • 24 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Meta business and ad manager platforms
  • Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop; video editing knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using social media software scheduling platforms
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content
  • Strong leadership qualities

Other Duties & Expectations:

  • Prompt and regular attendance collaborative mentality high attention to detail ability to work independently.
