The team
At Liberis our Customer Operations team is the driving force behind outstanding service ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless support for our merchants and partners. From the point of sale onwards we own the merchant journey collaborating with teams like Sales Underwriting Treasury and Collections to deliver 5star service.
As we continue to scale this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impacthelping shape processes advocate for customers and contribute to a rapidly growing global team!
The role
Were looking for a Customer Operations Executive to be the main point of contact for our Danishcustomers. Youll ensure they receive toptier service handle queries efficiently and collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey.

Our hybrid approach
Working together in person helps us move faster collaborate better and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week but ideally 4 days. At Liberis we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
