Job Summary:OSTTRA is seeking a motivated and detailoriented customer facing SSO Engineer with approximately 2 years of experience to join our growing Technology Consulting team. This is a customer facing role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation maintenance and support of our Single SignOn (SSO) infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring secure and seamless access to our applications and services for our employees and partners. You will work closely with security infrastructure and application development teams to implement and maintain best practices for identity and access :Implementation & Configuration:Engage with customers to Configure and maintain SSO solutions using protocols like Microsoft applications and services with our SSO and maintain scripts for automation of SSO related & Support:Troubleshoot and resolve SSOrelated issues in a timely SSO system performance and identify areas for technical support to endusers regarding SSO & Compliance:Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and and maintain MFA & Collaboration:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SSO configurations and with crossfunctional teams to integrate SSO into new applications and in the planning and execution of SSOrelated in oncall rotations as :Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 years of experience in SSO engineering or a related understanding of SSO protocols (Microsoft Entra SAML).Experience with identity providers such as Okta Azure AD or similar with directory services (e.g. Active Directory LDAP).Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of MFA Qualifications:Experience with cloudbased SSO of security best practices and compliance standards Certifications related to security or identity management.
