Role description:
We are seeking an Associate Digital Consultant to lead the delivery of digital transformation data services and product implementation projects across sectors including transport social infrastructure utilities and the broader built environment.
As part of our Digital Advisory team you will work closely with clients to assess their technology needs develop strategies and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and decisionmaking. This role requires both technical expertise and business acumen as you will play a key part in delivering projects managing stakeholders and driving business development.
You will govern projects through Agile delivery ensuring digital solutions are implemented efficiently and iteratively while fostering collaboration across teams. In addition you will mentor and develop colleagues helping to upskill junior team members in digital project management technical approaches and client engagement. Finally you will tap into Arcadiss global digital communities contributing to and learning from best practices in digital strategy data services and technology implementation.
Role accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading digital consulting projects including technology assessments digital strategies and solution design.
- Delivering data services solutions including data management advanced analytics and visualisation.
- Managing solution implementations overseeing the full lifecycle across design build
transition and support to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Managing digital project delivery applying Agile methodologies and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Working closely with stakeholders facilitating workshops to gather business requirements and align solutions with client needs.
- Driving business development engaging with clients identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
- Providing leadership and mentoring helping to develop the next generation of digital consultants at Arcadis.
Were looking for someone with:
- A degree inengineeringdata sciencecomputer science or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years in data services analytics automation and technology implementation
- Extensive experience indigital transformationcloud platforms(e.g. Azure AWS) solution design and implementation andmultidisciplinary project delivery.
- Expertise inAgile project managementand solution design.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to engage technical and nontechnical audiences.
- A passion forinnovationsustainability andmentoring others.
