ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Kinetic IT is on the lookout for an experienced Specialist Resource Management to join the team. You will deliver efficient resource planning through optimal crew use and accurate forecasting boosting performance customer satisfaction and revenue. This is an exciting time to be contributing towards the growth and shape of a fastgrowing organisation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the team you will be responsible for owning resource forecasting capacity planning and utilisation across the business by analysing resource data modelling future needs and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the right people with the right skills are in place at the right time to build a high performing engaged and productive workforce.
The role will entail:
- Establish the resource management strategy and technique for the forecasting and analysis of staffing requirements. Providing workforce capability insights to support business and project demands.
- Implementation of tools and processes to optimise forecasting scheduling and reporting of resources.
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration for resource availability and allocation.
- Generate datadriven insights and reports to advise senior leadership including Clevel executives and the Board on workforce trends and strategic decisionmaking
- Knowledge and proficiency in resource management systems and data management tools like MS Excel.
- Experience in techdriven service delivery is advantageous.
