Job Description

Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt take control and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love.

Account Operations Advisors play an integral role in scaling Toasts rapidly growing business by providing account maintenance quality assurance of sensitive financial and tax information supporting both our external customers and internal Sales and Customer Success teams. The success of the Account Operations team directly impacts the customer experience and satisfaction.

This is a HYBRID opening with 23 days a week in the office required.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Become an expert in customer facing processes while delivering outstanding customer service via outbound phone calls chat and email.
  • Manage a case queue and provide answers to questions regarding contracts accounts and tax details.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Sales Onboarding Billing Payments and Finance teams throughout a customers lifecycle to provide highquality operational support.
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve productivity for our team and our stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail doublecheck the accuracy of information and inputs in order to minimize onboarding and processing errors.
  • Additional adhoc responsibilities as assigned.

Do you have the right ingredients* (Requirements)

  • 2 years of customer service experience in the escalations space
  • Experience processing changes to customer accounts highly desired
  • Extreme attention to detail and meticulous organization
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence prioritizing and making time sensitive decisions in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent time management and strong sense of urgency
  • Relentless problemsolver
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool is a plus
