Job Description
Assistant Childcare Teacher Play Teach & Inspire!
Do you have a passion for working with kids a big heart and endless energy If so we want YOU on our team here at Yellow Brick Road Early Childhood! Were looking for caring enthusiastic and funloving individuals to create amazing experiences for our little learners.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Keeping Up with Tiny Explorers counting heads of fastmoving little ones is a must!
- Leading Playtime Adventures engage kids in fun handson activities that spark learning.
- Ensuring Safety & Smiles create a nurturing environment where every child thrives.
- Building Strong Bonds form meaningful connections with children and their families.
- Accepting Group Hugs all at once while making sure no one feels left out!
What You Need:
- Must be 16 years old
- Prior childcare experience preferred (but if you love kids well teach you the rest!)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic we thrive on teamwork and enthusiasm!
- A Willingness to Embrace Our Core Values: Collaboration Innovation Communication Nurturing Positivity & Fun!
- Ability to meet state childcare licensing requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. (and safely lift infants in and out of cribs)
