Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst IT Services
Location: Noida (WFO)
Experience: 12 Years
Education: Tier 1 Colleges (IITs NITs BITS DU SRCC/Stephens etc.)
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with strong problemsolving abilities and a passion for technology. If you enjoy turning business ideas into clear actionable requirementsand can collaborate seamlessly with tech and sales teamsthis role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements through client discussions
Prepare BRDs FRDs wireframes and workflows to communicate clearly with tech teams
Coordinate with developers and designers to ensure accurate execution of requirements
Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support strategy
Assist in writing proposals and presales documentation for client pitches
Leverage AI tools for data handling automation and insights
Use project management tools like Jira Confluence or Trello to track deliverables
Participate in client meetings demos and feedback cycles
What were looking for:
12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT SaaS or digital product environment
Excellent communication analytical thinking and documentation skills
Basic understanding of coding or technical systems (HTML SQL or APIs a plus)
Exposure to or interest in AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT automation platforms analytics tools)
Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and deliver under tight deadlines
Strong presentation skills and business acumen
Graduate from a Tier 1 College (must)
