What youll do and learn:

• Lead the technical direction of a crossfunctional product team ensuring sound architectural decisions and alignment with platform strategy.

• Own endtoend delivery of complex featuresfrom discovery and technical design to implementation testing deployment and observability.

• Mentor and coach engineers of varying levels fostering a growthoriented collaborative team environment.

• Collaborate with product design and other engineering teams to shape roadmaps and make strategic tradeoffs that balance quality speed and scalability.

• Drive a culture of engineering excellence through code reviews best practices and continuous improvement of development workflows.

• Advocate for and implement improvements to our testing CI/CD monitoring and reliability processes.

• Champion best practices in accessibility security and performance across frontend and backend codebases.

• Be a point of contact for systemlevel debugging incident response and operational readiness.

What you bring:

• 8 years of professional software development experience including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

• Strong command of fullstack JavaScript/TypeScript technologies including React and GraphQL.

• Demonstrated experience designing and scaling distributed systems and hightraffic services.

• Handson knowledge of CI/CD cloudnative architecture containerization and modern DevOps practices.

• Experience in CSS architecture componentbased design systems and browser performance tuning.

• Experience balancing product delivery with longterm technical investment and team capability building.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a bias toward action and shared success.
