Job Description

The Opportunity:


We are seeking a Senior ABM/ABX Strategist who will be the driving force behind both the strategic design and execution of tailored accountbased marketing strategies for our B2B clients. This role will bridge strategic planning with handson campaign delivery ensuring that each initiative is aligned with client objectives and delivers measurable results.


This parttime contract position involves working 23 days per week with clients. The role is UKbased primarily during UK business hours with occasional flexibility required due to the 7hour time difference including potential calls or emails outside standard hours.

  • 5 years in B2B marketing with a focus on ABM/ABX strategies and campaign management.
  • Experience working within a marketing agency environment preferably with B2B clients in sectors such as technology SaaS or professional services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systemsmarketing automation tools and ABM platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyse data derive insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Ideally ABM related certifications
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fastpaced agency environment.


Role:


Strategic Development

  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their business goals challenges and target audiences translating these insights into tailored ABM/ABX strategies.
  • Account Segmentation: Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and prioritize target accounts to focus marketing efforts effectively.
  • Campaign Planning: Design multichannel personalized ABM campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Messaging & Content Strategy: Collaborate with content and creative teams to craft compelling narratives and assets that align with client objectives and buyer journeys.

Campaign Execution

  • Strategic oversight: Oversee the endtoend execution of ABM/ABX campaigns ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
  • CrossFunctional Coordination: Work closely with all internal teams (Strategy Creative PR Media & Performance) to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo HubSpot) and ABM tools (e.g. 6sense Demandbase) to execute and monitor campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and monitor campaign performance making datadriven adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients providing updates insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports that highlight campaign performance ROI and strategic insights.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients offering strategic guidance and sharing industry best practices
