Job Title: Teaching Assistants Primary & Secondary
Location: Whitby and Surrounding Areas North Yorkshire
Pay Rate: 13.68 15.00 per hour
Contract Type: FullTime / PartTime / Flexible Supply
Start Date: Immediate or September 2025

Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Work with individual pupils or small groups to boost progress and confidence
Assist with classroom preparation behaviour support and pastoral care
Help to create a safe positive and nurturing learning environment
What Were Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (in school or alternative settings)
A patient proactive and positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 TA or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
