MISSION STATEMENT

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead all lab operations under the guidance of the Lab Manager at our Lincoln IL site. This position will lead a team of lab technicians in all daily functions while ensuring safety and GMP adherence.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Leadership:
- Serves as a rolemodel and resource for manufacturingagent/technicians concerning products and services policies andprocedures and industry news.
- Responsible for facilitating daily meetings with staff. Delegates manufacturing tasks to leads agents and technicians as needed.
- Respond to all manufacturing agents and techniciansquestionsconcerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary toresolve conflicts.
- Responsible for time and performance management of agents leads and technicians. Including approving timecards in our personnel management system and ensuring assigned training is completed in a timely manner.
Seed to Sale System:
- Manage manufacturing inventory and audit trail investigations to ensure adherence to state regulations and accuracy.
- Investigate and report on audit trails and inventory discrepancies.
- Perform and train leads on all relevant procedures.
Manufacturing:
- Responsible for manufacturing schedule adherence
- Responsible for managing Fresh Frozen transfers manifests and tracking.
- Responsible for pre and postprocessing equipment maintenance planning and completion.
- Monitor and maintain all relevant Cresco Labs standards forsafety andgood manufacturingpractices.
- Monitor train and perform all relevant manufacturing extractions pre and postprocessing tasks assigned to leads technicians and agents.
- Collaborate with RD on occasion.
- Monitor and execute proper decision making related to product testing.
- Ensures consistency and efficacy of products.
Documentation:
- Responsible for the execution of Cresco Labs manufacturingSOPs Work Instructions and documentation.
- Responsible for various tracking and communicative documentations assigned for production planning execution and tracking.
- Develop training and documentation material needed fordepartment success.
Cleanliness:
- Ensure adherence to cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure adherence to proper PPE protocols.
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities including washing hands wearing a hair net changing clothes etc
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 23 years experience in a lab manufacturing or regulated production environment preferred; cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Prior leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred; demonstrated experience training mentoring or guiding junior staff or new hires required.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to follow and enforce SOPs in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility with changing processes and procedures.
- Ability to promote a teamwork environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Effective timemanagement skills and ability to multitask.
- Basic Excel Word and computer skills necessary
- Basic math skills are necessary.
- Requires work around plant material which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
- Requires ability to sit stand kneel and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. $47250 $55000 USD
