Duties And Responsibilities
Human Resources Associates offer various services including communication with campus procedural guidance and troubleshooting. This includes analyzing situations conducting research exercising sound judgment to reach resolutions and maintaining confidentiality Onboarding New Employees: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring timely completion of necessary paperwork and participation in orientation programs. Provide information to help new employees understand policies and procedures. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in compliance with university policies and federal regulations related to hiring position changes departures and other personnel actions. Process and manage employee data efficiently and securely within established systems. Relations and Support: Respond to frequently asked questions from employees regarding standard HR policies and federal procedures. Provide accurate and timely information while referring complex inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel.
