POSITION DESCRIPTION
Daytoday technical interface between the facility operations organization and the programmatic tenants in a facility or a collection of facilities. Assists in the daytoday business operations functions and in the development and deliverance of facility operationsfocused programs policies processes and procedures in support of safe and compliant facility operations. Develops and maintains facility operationsfocused programs policies processes and procedures in support of safe and compliant facility operations. Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to providing guidance on governmental regulations and Laboratory guidelines; conducting incident and general issues management investigations and reporting; participating in or supporting readiness reviews for operations; supporting the activity approval process; developing and maintaining required operational documentation and procedural manuals; planning and budgeting; and providing other compliance and/or qualityrelated support functions including development of training delivery of facilitylevel training tracking and assurance of employee training; property accountability and access control. Provides other operational/administrative support functions as required.
Oversee escorts this worker will be helping to ensure escorts are properly scheduled where they need to be majority of these escorts are HRP inside PF4 will act as the middle man in between managers and escorts; Maureen hoping to get a start in place in the next couple of weeks; if the candidates are interested in a LANL position they will discuss HRP clearance during interview process and LANL is willing to sponsor it
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Position typically requires a bachelors degree and a minimum eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level post graduate course work may be desirable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Q Clearance requried prior to starting
- Bachelors with 8 or more years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Ability to work in a diverse work environment
- Satisfactory results of a preemployment screening which includes a background check and drug screening
- Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.
LOCATION
Los Alamos New Mexico
Initial 6 month assignment with possibility of extension or conversion.
Work Schedule Grave shift 5pm MT to 3:30am MT Tues Fri
