Provide recommendations to leadership on optimal deployment of free cash flow and strategies for raising new capital
Own the capital planning model for the company which includes key capital structure metrics such as WACC leverage ratios interest coverage ratio enterprise value & implied equity value
Lead engagement with credit rating agencies and creditrelated dialogue with investment community through relevant financial analytics
Partner with Group FP&A BD and Business Treasury teams to keep the capital planning and credit rating models updated with latest business plans
Design and implement a process for reviewing organic and inorganic investments and making funding recommendations
Identify opportunities to optimize Interest Expense by supporting funding strategies net investment hedging etc.
Continuously challenge the status quo by making new recommendations and communicating complex financial topics to senior leadership with clarity and conviction
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
10 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
MBA or a masters degree in a related field
Relevant certifications (CFA CPA or CTP) preferred
Exposure to capital structure and corporate finance including deep experience with financial modeling
Excellent presentation facilitation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables
Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link business strategy operations and financials
Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information different or unexpected circumstances and/or to work in ambiguous situation

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills qualifications experience and location. In addition this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
