Perform variable research related to but not limited to Compliance Program components jurisdictional requirements and propertybased initiatives.
Assist with ensuring property compliance with Title 31 reporting requirements.
Exemplary customer service skills dealing effectively with guests/regulatory agencies/team members in person/phone.
Type letters reports memoranda and other company related forms. Proofread and verify all documents produced. Gather reference materials and assist in preparation of supportive documents.
Collect data and assist in preparing reports. Maintain a current set of records and files.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials; salaries coaching and suspensions.
Other duties as assigned.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Policies Process & Procedures: Able to act in accordance with established guidelines written and unwritten; follow standard procedures in crises situations; communicate and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
Customer Service: Ability and commitment to provide exceptional customer service to our guests using tact and diplomacy while working with other Team Members and guests under high pressure situations. The ability to successfully mediate disputes and communication breakdowns clarifying the issues and recommending effective solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Two years previous experience as support staff preferred.
Must have proven accountability when working with confidential information. Proficient skill with personal computer software packages to include Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint required.
Must possess excellent communication skills oral and written as well as excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Must be highly organized and possess the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fastpaced environment.
Must have a professional appearance and be a team player.
Must be able to obtain required regulatory licensure.
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time 6 8 hours.
Responds to visual and aural cues.
Must be fluent and literate in English.
Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest and employee conflicts.
Must be able to stoop bend as well as maneuver through all areas of the department casino and hotel to perform tasks as assigned.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 10 pounds.
Must have the manual dexterity to grab grip type pull hold tear sort and reach as well as operate office and computer equipment such as telephones photocopiers postage and fax machines personal computer.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke dust loud noises and bright lights.
Must be able to walk long distances.
Must be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
I understand the Casino and its surrounding areas are under constant surveillance and that as an employee of Caesars Virginia I will be under that surveillance. I also acknowledge that I have had my photograph taken and understand it will be kept on file with Caesars Virginia Surveillance Department.
