Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at ETEK IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a fulltime midlevel position based in Chennai. The desired candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment focusing on creating value for clients and candidates through expert sourcing and recruitment practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess excellent skills in screening resumes (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing across various platforms and tools for achieving recruitment objectives.
- Indepth knowledge and practical experience with Boolean search techniques to maximize search results.
- Strong technical recruiting expertise to identify and engage with candidates with the right skill sets.
- Capable of executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the companys workforce requirements.
- Clear understanding of the IT industry to effectively evaluate candidate expertise and relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting interviews and maintaining professional relationships with candidates.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced recruitment environment to manage client and candidate expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough resume screenings to evaluate applicants qualifications and skill sets in alignment with client requirements.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
- Utilize Boolean search methodologies to refine and enhance candidate search results effectively.
- Engage in technical recruiting processes conducting interviews to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with account managers and hiring teams to finetune recruitment strategies and meet hiring targets.
- Maintain a robust talent pool by nurturing candidate relationships and tracking potential future opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive talent acquisition support from job posting to onboarding ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends sourcing techniques and emerging technologies to remain competitive.
