Product Design Manager
As the Product Design Manager for the CrossPlatform team at Tipalti you will play a key leadership role in shaping the design vision and strategy across all products. Youll be responsible for building and leading a highperforming design team driving innovation and creating a seamless and consistent user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire hire lead mentor and manage a small team of talented product designers.
- Define clear design goals team responsibilities and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Lead crossorganizational initiatives such as the design system and other crossproduct workflows.
- Combine creative thinking with strategic execution to elevate the design impact across the company.
- Build a strong design culture and develop endtoend product design processes.
- Master Figma and other design system tools and technologies to empower the team and ensure consistency.
- Drive innovation and continuously push the boundaries of user experience and design excellence.
- Establish and communicate a unified product design vision across all of Tipaltis platforms.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define design and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Develop a userfocused strategically driven design team with a culture of collaboration creativity and continuous learning.
- Provide mentorship and career growth opportunities to team members fostering professional development.
- Be a domain expert deeply understanding customer needs and product capabilities.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align design initiatives with business priorities and the overall product roadmap.
- Drive measurable outcomes by using metrics research and datainformed design strategies.
- Lead an endtoend UX processfrom ideation wireframing and prototyping to user testing and final delivery.
- Translate customer pain points into impactful design solutions across a complex B2B platform and mobile app experience.
About you
- 8 years of relevant design experience including 4 years managing design teams.
- Proven track record designing complex B2B systems for web and mobile applications.
- Strong experience defining and driving creative direction and design vision across multiple projects ensuring consistency and innovation throughout.
- Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Interaction Design Visual Communication Graphic Design etc.).
- Strategic thinker who simplifies complex challenges into elegant solutions.
- Comfortable being handson when needed while also serving as a coach to others.
- Experienced in collaborating with multiple development teams; familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with crossfunctional teams including UX researchers product managers and engineers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Has a portfolio that demonstrates a high standard of visual design product thinking and design leadership.
- Experience leading or contributing to a design system team is a strong advantage.
