About your daytoday:
You will join our AI Voice Assistant project to ensure seamless user interactions. Our mission is to support the training of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing models to expand the models responsiveness across different a Project Manager you will oversee and coordinate one of teams who are in charge of curating and preparing the data for the models.
On the operational side:
Coordinate tasks and ensure highquality execution of deliverables
Track workload priorities and deadlines to keep projects on schedule
Align project goals with stakeholders and manage expectations
Collaborate with Operations Key Account Management and Senior Leadership to drive company strategy
Oversee IT setup including work devices and security protocols
Identify and address potential blockers; analyse root causes and propose effective solutions
Manage onboarding logistics in coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth start for new hires
Identify and explore business development opportunities to support company growth
Regarding people management:
Be the main point of contact for your team addressing daily questions and concerns
Act as hiring manager: define recruitment needs coordinate with Talent Acquisition interview and select candidates
Monitor team performance: conduct annual reviews 1:1s and manage promotions and performance plans
Oversee time tracking timesheet approvals and timeoff requests
Implement & track company wide initiatives in the team coach and mentor based on the needs
Partner with Office Management on siterelated matters including facilities and billing
Job requirements

Proven experience leading large diverse teams
Strong intercultural awareness and collaboration capabilities
Solid understanding of project management methodologies
Ability to thrive in fastpaced dynamic environments
