Job Title: Outpatient Therapy Marketer
Location: Tri County travel (Palm Beach Broward and MiamiDade Counties)
Employment Type: FullTime
Salary: $65000$85000 plus bonus potential
Job Summary:
MIND & MOBILITY is seeking a resultsdriven and relationshiporiented Outpatient Therapy Marketer to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships to drive patient admissions for our Outpatient therapy services and inhome outpatient therapy (Part B) services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a missiondriven organization that brings physical occupational and speech therapy directly to seniors in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote MIND & MOBILITYs outpatient and in home therapy services to physicians senior communities case managers and other healthcare providers.
- Identify and cultivate new referral sources while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and eligibility criteria of Medicare Part B therapy services.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth referral and intake process.
- Conduct regular visits to referral sources attend local events and participate in networking opportunities.
- Monitor referral trends report progress and adjust strategies to meet territory goals.
- Educate referral partners on differentiating outpatient therapy from home health services.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing preferably in outpatient therapy home health hospice or senior services.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Healthcare or related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Medicare Part B and outpatient therapy services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/referral goals.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Selfmotivated with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
