Email Marketing Lead Generation
Job Summary:
We are looking for a resultoriented Email Marketing Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in outbound B2B email campaigns preferably in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating highquality leads from international markets (Singapore UK and US) using personalized email marketing LinkedIn outreach and related outbound tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and optimize outbound B2B email campaigns targeting key decisionmakers across SaaSrelevant industries.
- Research and segment prospect lists based on buyer personas and ideal customer profiles.
- Use tools like Lemlist Apollo or Mailshake for automated and personalized email outreach.
- Engage and nurture leads through multistep email sequences and followup strategies.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and InMail messaging as a complementary outreach channel.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email messaging campaign goals and lead scoring criteria.
- Maintain accurate lead data and campaign activity within CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates CTRs reply rates conversions) and report actionable insights.
- Continuously A/B test subject lines content CTAs and send times for campaign optimization.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in outbound B2B email marketing preferably for a SaaS company.
- Proven success in creating and managing lead generation email campaigns targeting international markets.
- Experience with email automation platforms and outbound tools like Lemlist Apollo or Mailshake.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and its integration into outbound strategies.
- Strong command of English with excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales funnels buyer personas and lead nurturing techniques.
- Detailoriented organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of GDPR CANSPAM and compliance best practices for global email marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
- Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks such as BANT CHAMP or MEDDIC.
- Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign ROI and lead conversion metrics.
