Job Description
Are you looking to progress you career in a school where the academic progress of pupils is well above average (DfE 2023)
The Rochester Grammar School are seeking a qualified Science Teacher to join their team on a parttime fixed term basis. The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher with the ability to teach across all key stages. You will be passionate about teaching and learning ready to embrace new ideas have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills.
Our science department are experienced wellresourced and equipped with comprehensive schemes of work and lesson curriculum can be viewedhere.
Our Science Teacher will;
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
- Have high expectations for achievements and behaviour
- Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum
- Will contribute to the values ethos and the development of our schools.
This post is suitable for an experienced teacher or ECT and isinitially offered as a Fixed Term Contract. It is likely that there will be an opportunity for the teaching hours to increase for the following academic year.
