ORGANIZATION
Green Gourmand Foods (Allergysmart)
LOCATION
Scarborough 746 Warden Avenue Unit 4
Directly across from Warden Station Warden and St. Clair Ave East
Are you looking for a great entry level leadership opportunity at a fastgrowing food manufacturing operation Growth development and future further leadership opportunities.
We Offer:
- Competitive starting salary ($45 to 55 k) depending on experience
- Review for increases after 3 6 and 9 months based on performance
- Opportunity for future increases based on leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Monday Friday (2 pm to 10 pm) Saturdays and Sundays on O/T rates
- Training for the first 2 weeks will be 11 am to 7 pm
- 2 weeks of vacation per year with 3 weeks after 5 years

About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Shift Team Leader with immaculate attention to detail to join our team!
Specific Responsibilities for Afternoon Lead Hand:
- Supervision:Oversee and direct the activities of employees during their shift.
- Task Management:Delegate tasks monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Scheduling:Organize shift schedules manage attendance and address timeoff requests.
- Training and Development:Provide onthejob training offer feedback and help new team members adapt to their roles.
- Problem Solving:Address operational issues resolve conflicts and manage customer complaints.
- Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
- Performance Management:Conduct performance reviews provide constructive feedback and help improve team performance.
- Communication:Serve as a point of contact for team members and stakeholders during their shift and communicate effectively with other shifts.
What will make you successful in this Shift Leader role

- Comfortable multitasking in a fastpaced work environment
Previous Experience Preferred for the Shift Leader role:
- Prior experience in food or packaged goods manufacturing environment
- Prior experience in the food industry related to manufacturing
