As part of the Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Procurement Manager to support our lastmile delivery operations. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence by managing the procurement of noninventory goods and services across our AMZL network.
You will be responsible for the endtoend procurement lifecycle including planning purchasing inventory management and vendor performance. Your leadership and analytical capabilities will help identify costsaving opportunities streamline processes and enhance the reliability and efficiency of procurement activities across multiple delivery stations.
Key job responsibilities
Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for noninventory goods and services required by the AMZL network including forecasting purchasing inventory management and vendor relationship management.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for supplier management and procurement efficiency producing regular reports to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance Operations and AMZL leadership to understand and achieve budgetary targets and operational objectives.
Foster strong strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with Amazons standards secure the best terms and innovate procurement solutions.
Act as a primary contact for resolving any procurementrelated issues including discrepancies in inventory delivery challenges and payment to suppliers.
Bachelors degree in supply chain business administration engineering IT or related field
3 years experience in similar role
1 years experience using MSoffice particularly excel and analytic platform including but not limited to the ability to analyse data using pivot & Vlookups
Experience understanding process flow and suggest improvements to deliver saving inventory reduction or other benefits to the site
Supply Chain Management Certifications
Experience working in a warehouse environment
