What youll do
Draft modify and implement the companys policies procedures and framework as needed to reflect industry best practices the evolving regulatory environment and changes to the business
Maintain oversight of the relevant Compliance registers
Providing compliance advisory monitoring and training services (design & facilitation) to the Line 1 business in accordance with regulatory guidance
Performing risk assessments in relation to compliance risks
Working with the Risk Team to assist in identifying compliance risks and design appropriate controls to be added to T212s risk register
Assist with antimoney laundering (AML) and counterterrorism financing (CTF) matters as required (a base knowledge of AML/CTF compliance will be favorably considered)
What you need to have
At least 1 year of experience in financial services notably around financial markets
Experience in or an understanding of AFSL and AML/CTF obligations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills/team player
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to apply sound judgment
Demonstrated ability to act in a discrete and confidential manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
