Aestec Services are currently seeking an experienced Systems Accountantto join the Aestec team inGladstone.
This role is based in Gladstone and not suited to FIFO or DIDO.

THE ROLE
The Systems Accountant is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Aestecs financial data through regular reconciliations and detailed reviews. Strong experience with Viewpoint JobPac is essential as it plays a central role in our financial and project management systems. Youll play a key role in enhancing our systems and processes to meet the businesss evolving needs working closely with the leadership team to deliver our data management improvement plan and drive greater efficiency across the organisation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking people who possess:
Tertiary qualification or significant experience in related field e.g. accounting finance business;
Minimum 4 years Management Accounting / Business Analyst / Cost Control / Project Accounting experience;
Strong experience using Viewpoint Jobpac
Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to learn;
Experience in an analytical or commercial role with exposure to financial analysis cost control and/ or systems accounting;
Able to use financial systems; Excel PowerBI particularly advantageous;
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in creating and maintaining reports in Power BI
Construction industry experience
