Job Description

- Competitive salary $23$32/hr based on experience overtime pay and generous 6% 401K (with employer matching) after 6 months of employment

We are currently looking for MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS/HANDYMAN who value customer service and have strong technical skills. Properties are matched to technicians based on skill and property needs.
You:
- Handyman experiencejack of all trades
- Able to replace photocells light fixtures dry rot repair drywall patching and painting light carpentry
- Some janitorial experience empty pet waste stations clean community common areas blow off entryways and sidewalks pick up litter etc.
- Basic power tools and reliable transportation
- Honest good communicator problemsolving skills dependable
