The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning execution and successful delivery of projects within an organization. This role requires effective coordination across crossfunctional teams robust project controls and consistent stakeholder communication. The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans including scope goals deliverables timelines budgets and resource allocations.
Lead crossfunctional project teams from initiation to completion assigning tasks and providing direction.
Monitor and adjust project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Assemble and motivate crossfunctional teams.
Provide guidance coaching and support to team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
Create and manage project budgets ensuring expenses are tracked and controlled.
Define and manage project scope documenting and communicating changes as necessary.
Identify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies.
Proactively resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Serve as the primary liaison with project stakeholders providing regular updates on progress risks and milestones.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.
Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports change logs and closure reports.
Conduct project evaluations and retrospectives obtain stakeholder signoffs and document lessons learned.
Bachelors degree in project management business engineering or a related field.
510 years of proven experience managing medium to largescale projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Smartsheet Asana).
Experience with Agile Scrum or other PM methodologies.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to thrive in fastpaced dynamic environments.
