Headquartered in Tampa with operations across the U.S. Caribbean and Latin America Seven Seas Water Group (SSWG) delivers annually over 20 billion gallons of water to industrial commercial governmental municipal and hospitality customers. SSWG operates two businesses within the water infrastructure space. Seven Seas Water which provides water treatment and desalination for governmental hospitality and industrial customers in United States Latin America and the Caribbean and the AUC Group () which provides decentralized water and wastewater treatment plants for industrial and municipal customers in the United States.

This role will be responsible for developing securing and managing longterm WaaS contracts and EPC Sales in the residential construction and municipal markets in Texas and helping develop new markets outside of Texas. The role will building new relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify current assets & future projects that could benefit from the water and wastewater treatment systems sold as WaaS business model for residential construction customers.
Meet and develop relationships with key executives of nationwide home builders and developers to create potential clients to promote the AUC Group business model approach & create a strategic advantage for AUC Group.
Identify key decision makers & create appropriate strategy.
Build new customer relations with nationwide home builders and developers.
Be familiar with the residential construction markets. Prefer knowledge of leasing and similar financial structures throughout markets (P3 and MUD etc.).
Act as primary client contact during the project development period.
Coordinate with AUC Group BD team engineering finance and legal to develop project proposals.
Develop marketing plan focused on nationwide opportunities for WaaS or EPC sales contracts.
Will maintain accurate project and customer database and build a pipeline of contacts and projects.
Develop presentation materials and sales brochures and delivery to multilevel executives.
Qualification/Requirements:
Driven individual with eagerness to identify and close projects.
History of successful sales experience
Excellent oral written and presentation communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop projectspecific BD strategy.
Ability to understand municipal government politics and utility decision making processes.
Ability to identify key decision makers in both municipal and industrial organizations.
Strong skills with the MS Office suite of programs.
Ability to travel throughout territory as needed.
Excellent oral written presentation and communication skills.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in a related engineering field preferred.
Minimum of 10years combined experience in Engineering and Business/Project Development.
Experience of lease &/or concession contracts and sales is preferred.
Experience in the location and specified city is preferred with relevant knowledge and relationships highly welcome.
